I am Brooke Lance, an 18-year-old dunker from Blaine, Minnesota. I started on lowered rims, fell for the creative side of dunking, and set a goal almost nobody has reached: becoming one of the first women under six feet to throw down on a regulation 10-foot rim.
I train with the Minnesota Dunk Squad, build signature dunks like the inverted scorpion and the 180 Eastbay, and film every session so the whole climb is on record. Every rep, every new rim height, and every miss is part of the story, and I share all of it on on the way to 10 feet.
